Lighting of the Village to be held in the Village of WestClay on Nov. 30

CARMEL, IN – The Village of WestClay will host its third annual Lighting of the Village event on Saturday, November 30, from 4:30-6:15 p.m. The presenting sponsor for the event is Reis-Nichols Jewelers.
The highlight of the event will be the lighting of the holiday tree of lights outside the Village Meeting House, the gazebo in University Green, and street trees throughout the Village Center.

Festivities will include pre-event entertainment including music, carriage rides, and a visit from Santa Claus beginning at 4:30 p.m., followed by a musical performance by the Carmel Holiday Singers beginning at 5:30 p.m. The official lighting will take place at 6 p.m.

As many as 1,000 people are expected to join in the festivities. Families are welcome to stroll through the Village enjoying the homes and businesses decorated for the holidays. The event is free and open to the public.
