February 24, 2021 Press Release CARMEL, IN – The City of Carmel is excited to announce a new partnership and three-year sponsorship agreement with Allied Solutions that will cover a variety of opportunities for participation and exposure during more than a dozen City of Carmel annual events. The $450,000 sponsorship – paid out in $150,000 installments each of the three years – will include several events to be held at Midtown, where Allied Solutions’ national corporate headquarters is located. Pete Hilger “From our office windows we see the remarkable qualities of MidtownPlaza with its green space and trail, outdoor games, big screen videoboard and of course the growing number of restaurants and shops,”said Pete Hilger, CEO of Allied Solutions. “We have wanted to find a wayto get more involved in Midtown activities, as well as other eventswhere our employees, the residents of Carmel and many visitors cometogether to enjoy our City. With this agreement, we feel we have a way to do just that and we are thrilled to be a part of events that make Carmel a great place toexperience.”Among the events to be included under this sponsorship agreement: Meet Me on Main,Midtown’s Got Talent, Midday at Midtown, Movies at Midtown, Music at Midtown, Holidays in Carmel, Holiday at Carter Green, Magnificent Monon, Shop Small Saturday, Holiday Trolley, Holiday in the Arts & Design District, Santa Saturdays, the Ice at Carter Green and potential other new events to come.“An important part of building a strong City with a high qualityof life are the relationships we create with our local corporatecommunity. These events also provide additional customers for ourunique, diverse offering of small shops and restaurants.” Allied Solutions moved into their new corporate headquarters in 2018 after spending many highly successful years in leased office space a few miles to the west. The five-story headquarters building is located in the center of Midtown. Allied has experienced tremendous growth over the past 23 years in Carmel adding hundreds of new jobs and working to continue to expand. Allied was the first business to move into the Midtown redevelopment, which was previously a largely industrial but under-performing area in the city that connects the Arts & Design District to the City Center and the Center for the Performing Arts. As Midtown continues to evolve and grow, severalother businesses, residential properties and retail options have followed suit and call Midtown theirhome.
