John Cinnamon: Writer & Photographer for Carmel MONTHLY, Collective Publishing Publication
John Cinnamon is a professional writer, broadcaster, photographer, and world traveler. John has contributed cover stories, feature stories, news articles and other editorial content to several magazines and newspapers. He has been working with Carmel Monthly and Zionsville Monthly since 2016.
Since 1985, John has been a radio personality and morning show host on various radio stations in Indianapolis and Central Indiana, including 97.1 WENS-FM and 100.9 WYJZ-FM in Indianapolis where he co-hosted the morning shows with his wife, Ann Craig-Cinnamon. He currently hosts the afternoon drive show on 99.7 WSHW-FM (Shine 99) in Kokomo.
His talent as a professional photographer has allowed him to also provide the photographs that accompany his articles, as well as articles from other writers. John’s artistic and travel photography has been displayed at multiple exhibits.
