Carmel Clay Schools Announces Safety Forum With Live Stream
Carmel Clay Schools (CCS) will be hosting a Safety Forum Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at Carmel Middle School located at 300 S. Guilford Road. The forum will be lead by Dr. Michael Beresford, superintendent at CCS, other CCS administrators and City of Carmel officials.
“The purpose of the Community Discussion on Student Safety is to share information to give our parents and community a little “look behind the curtain” on some of the layers of school safety at Carmel Clay Schools,” Beresford said. “A panel of law enforcement and school staff will present safety information and we will have a process for attendees to share their questions with the panel. While we can’t share detailed information that would compromise our safety program, we want our school community to be as informed as possible.”
CCS is encouraging the members of community to attend the forum and participate in the conversation.
CCS has partnered with Carmel Monthly to offer a live stream of the forum for those unable to be in attendance.
Viewers can watch the live stream on Facebook by following Carmel Monthly Magazine.
